I had a great experience at Holdcroft Honda Cheshire Oaks because all the people involved were very courteous and knew what they were talking about especially Sean Nelson. nobody was pushy all in all a wonderful experience. Thank you Cheshire Oaks Honda. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again.
The experience at Holdcroft Honda Cheshire Oaks was good because of the expertise of the staff. They were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely recommend and I’ve no doubt I will return for my next car

I would not recommend Holdcroft Honda Cheshire Oaks because despite arranging our handover for 4pm it was pushed back to 5pm. We felt that we were rushed through the handover, so much so the salesperson even forgot to charge us for the paint protection. When I inspected the vehicle, as well as I could in the dark, the paintwork appeared to have a Matt finish. It turned out that it had been near another vehicle being sprayed and was covered in spray paint. I had to take the vehicle back to have the paintwork sorted. When I went to pick the car up I was assured that a manager had checked it and it was now fine. However when I checked the car there were numerous areas that had not been sorted. I must give praise where it’s due here- the valeter was brilliant and spent another 2 hours removing all the overspray. What an unnecessary waste of his time and mine caused by a ridiculous way of operating.
